D.A.T.E. (Drug Alcohol and Traffic Education)
(Sometimes called the First Time Driver Course)
Getting your learners License. State-Required, Four-hour Drug Alcohol and Traffic Education Class Need to Apply for State of Florida Restricted or Regular Drivers License.
All D.A.T.E. classes are cash or money order the day of class. You may pay by credit card by calling the office before the class. We offer the State approved, and required, 4 hour classroom. This course qualifies you to take the written test for your learners license. With this class you can then learn to drive and take the road test. Students who are 15 years old are required to hold their learners license for 12 months before taking the road test. Drivers over 18 years of age, taking the course, may immediately take the road test, upon satisfactory completion of this course.
